hi there
I came across this website while searching for psoriasis cures and thought it might help someone else.

I haven't tried it myself, buut might give it a go as i've spent a fortune on treatments in the past. Has anyone else tried this or any other treatments that have worked?
xx

hi there, my daughter had it for two years and very badly indeed.
we were going to the hospital every month for different creams to try out, she even had photo light therapy which helped but didnt clear it,
in the end i stopped all the steriod creams and went to a health shop where they told me to try vitamin b complex vitamins and omega fish oils,
we have done this for the last year now and she is completely free of it.
we also give her natural yogurt too.
i believe myself on natural products and also believe that you gave to treat it from within first,
thats just my view, but from a mum who must have tried every product on the net and all the creams the hopsital could offer.
good luck to you .

I suffer but find that if I stick religiously to non bio washing powder and sensitive fabric conditioner and moisturise, moisturise, moisturise with aqueous cream it keeps it under control. Dream cream from Lush is also lovely and tends to help my skin but it works out quite expesive to use all the time! Nice as a treat though.0

I agree fish oils are good for eczema. One of my sisters used to bathe her DD in milk too.

thanks guys. At the moment i am taking coconut oil and flaxseed oil and also applying the coconut oil to my skin, although it is so dry and sore, it literally absorbs right away, so i am applying cream and oil alll the tiem to stop it cracking. It seems to be spreading too which can't be good.
I'll keep going with the coconut oil/flaxseed oil concoction for now as I've heard it gets worse before it gets better. I'll keep you updated and let you know how i get on.
Oh and another point, the sun most definatly helps too. whenever i'm on holiday, it dissapears within a week so might try vitamin D capsules as advised by Ted for other ailments (thanks ted!)
