Although last time my £10 Tesco voucher took about 4 weeks to get to me...........they did apologise straight away when i chased them though and said they hadn't had any of those vouchers in stock.....

I've said it before on other survey threads and I'll say it again - DON'T TAKE THIS LYING DOWN FROM ANY SURVEY COMPANY - COMPLAIN!

Time roughly how long you spend each time and if you get de-selected out near the end, contact them and insist you get something for your time.

VO are owned by Research Now plc - funnily enough I can't see anyone called "Isabel" in their "rogues gallery" of staff:

They say that: "We strongly believe in the ESOMAR code of conduct for online panels and adhere to or exceed its standards."

So if you don't get satisfaction from them first time I suggest you say that you will put in a complaint to ESOMAR, who you can find here;

I know some might think that the "calm down dear, it's only a survey" rule might apply, but I do think these companies should not get free MR from the public.

Haven't had any real problems with VO, I've had quite a few vouchers from them since back when they were The Mobile Channel. Actually I think Valued Opinions is one of the better survey sites.

I joined 4 days ago and have already earned £2.25! :j

I started a Tesco car insurance one today and after the third question it said I wasnt suitable, I just started it again and changed that answer to a more suitable one and it let me complete the survey.

I was the right kind of person for the survey so I dont know how they work out their criteria!

I think it is good though!

Just got another £10 from them. Although this time it was a £10 Tsco Gift card instead of a gift voucher - Not that I'm bothered, £10 is £10 however it comes!

Yesterday beat the lot, answered all YES ALL the questions and it came up with the number reached message. So yet again I won't get paid.
