Correcting a credit file without signing up?

Hi all,

This is my first post so please be gentle!
I have signed up to Credit Expert and Purchased my credit report from Equifax. Both showed that I wasnt on the electoral role. I have had this fixed. Today I got a multi agency check from checkmyfile and it still showed that I wasn't on the electoral role for experian??? I do have an unusual address as I live in an appartment so sometimes it comes up as xx/xx and other times xx.xx etc. CallCredit didnt have me on the electoral role either.

Can I get callcredit to amend my file without paying them?
Can I get the addresses to match with all agencies?

Im having a nightmare getting a loan because my address seems different with every company!

Get your address down exactly as Royal Mail have it.

Sometimes this is not possible, it can be a nightmare if you live in a flat, my flat building stands on 3 streets, with entrances on all 3 streets.

My address according to the Royal Mail post code file is say:
Flat 1, Money Street, Money Town.

The Local authority have it as say:
    1, Credit Street, Money Town.

The CRA may have it as say:
Flat 1, Credit Street, Money Town.

This is the problem with Flat addresses, they can be ambiguous and Royal Mail have changed the address 3 times to each of the above examples for me, which doesn't help.

The problem is most websites and systems only allow numerical entries but my address has a '.' or a '/' dpending on the credit ref agency used!
