This is what they did last time on a bike that was a bargain..we thought we would get it but you have to wait for a credit check and by that time the item was sold out..If it's your first order I would ring and check you are getting it as most of us never got the bike last time..

i rang customer services and got my account number from them. when i look in my account it says cmaping starter kit 20 weeks . does this mean i could be wating 4 mnths for it?

thats probably the terms of payment.. over 20 weeks..

what was I saying about the courier deliveries?....

had a delivery card thru my door yesterday.. a parcel was left in one of my wheelie bins.. daft or what?! wasn't there when I went to get it anyway..

Well I just rang customer services who were really good and they have informed me that the Tent is out of stock really gutted, but I'd used the voucher with the £10 off and a free TV... as I was on the phone to Empire the TV Arrived!!! so looks like I got a free TV and no tent!

I just called the company without order number, they asked for my last name and post code and were able to look up my order that way.
I was informed that the item was out of stock and would not be delivered, although I got the confirmation mail when I ordered... I guess most people who were to get it yesterday, like me, and didn't receive it won't get it...
Sorry to bring the bad news :-(
Really sad now, was looking forward to going camping :-(

Yes, that's what I did too and now my free TV has been delivered I have an order number and have been able to log onto empire as a fully fledged customer!

I'm sad about the tent too.. my 2 boys were going to sleep in it this weekend in the garden to test it out. I now find myself looking for a tent to buy on-line! :rotfl:
