Great work all! But I'm not so sure about Purple ink? I googled Bennet J Sims and he was a Bishop, it appears that Purple ink is a book of religious writings, which would seem at odds with the talk of "sinister surgery" and use of the F-word within the story. His wikipedia page doesn't say anything about him writing fiction. I could be wrong...?0

Not sure that was the nearest i could find with just purple ink in it sorry, and the book was available on amazon. I've had to stop for a bit but will have another look later see if i can find anything else. Do all the books need to be fiction too?monochromic wrote: »Great work all! No worries - it is fiendishly difficult. Well by clicking on the anonthology itself you can look through it at the stories themselves, all of them are short stories, and they do appear to be fiction. I found Pavilion by googling a section of text from the story, but I've tried all sorts of complicated google searches and haven't managed to find much else... it's really hard!
 Good work guys :T0

Sorry guys, but I think you are looking at this wrong.
Aren't the nine nine authors names on the front of the book the ones that are required and you need to match these names to the nine short stories?
Have a look at this site http://www.anonthology.com/About-the-authors.php
There is a HINTS tab. Looks like you need to read and analyse the stories and then guess at which one was written by which writer.0

Hmm thats interesting thingamaBob and you may have a point there - on the link you've posted there is also a comp running offering the same books this comp is plus £100 cash and an end date of October 20th. How silly of me!:o:o0

Well that would explain why it was so difficult to find them then
Teach me for trying to comp after taking pain killers :rotfl:Thankyou to all the posters of competitions :beer:0
