selling cards

Options
Does anyone here have any advice on selling handmade cards?

I have recently started to make them again as my occupational therapist said it would give me something to focus on to take my mind off the pain.

Obviously though I need to sell them otherwise I will have a house full. I dont want to make a profit as such, just to break even and be able to afford to carry on making them.

Any suggestions greatly received.

Look at doing local community craft fairs. Theres one local to me in July that i sold mine at last year. It was £12 for a stall, so you only need to sell a few to break even on the stall. Look at schools and church halls!

    Thanks

Been to see the owner of a local independent card shop and they really like them and are displaying them on a sale or return basis, with them getting the diffrence between what I asked for which is £1 a card and what they sell them for, so thats a start.

good idea about church halls as well ours are always doing table top sales but never gave them a though for this.
