Asda online problems

hi everyone
we have been shopping online with asda for about 6 mths with no probs but last weekend on the new website it refused to recognise any debit cards we tried with warnings of the expiration date missing, number field missing and the names and address of the billing address missing and a few more things as well. we tried with 3 different debit cards and also 2 different computers with the same result. asda helpline not very helpful but promised to get the techies to ring which they havent done tried again this weekend same result so dont quite know what the problem is  has anybody else had this
cheers extractorfan

Extractorfan, you have a lot of patience I must say! I would have ordered from Tesco or Sainsbury's by now!

Hope you get it sorted quickly and that they offer you some money off codes for future shopping!
