Experion report, very odd!

Did the 30 days free trial and it only shows minor debts which have been satisfied but not cleared from my report. Quite annoyed about that tbh.
I was hoping for details of a CCJ which I lost track of so I could include it in my bankruptcy petition.
Similarly, another loan which I am paying a minimal payment per month for is also not on there.
Is this usual? If I pay for the next stage will it give me up-to-date info or should I try Equifax?
TIA

Different firms report to different agencies so it is always a good idea to check all 3 firms. Also some firms don't even report to Experian etc. so you won't see the debts there.Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. Credit Expert works on a user input basis. The information shown on your online report is based on the information you put in. If there are any anomalies with your address, name etc, information may not show. Creditors DO see the full information though. I would call Experian and tell them, they will see your full report and be able to fill in the missing pieces.
Some older HSBC accounts will not show on your credit report (unless they are in serious arrears). Very few banks do not report to credit references agencies though, so most should show.0 -
none of my big hits showed, only the £100/£200 phone bills really, but the big ones i hadnt defaulted on and went BR too damn quick for em0

i did 3 credit searches and showing nothing. now bankrupt i have got to ring them to cnacel subscription or bank accounts will refuse payment and will get charge
wish i never bothered as dont need totals but be nice to know0 -
I gave all my names, maiden and both married and all addresses. I feel very cheated now as if I have been mis-sold something! It's good to know that others have had similar problems

Well I've phoned the court and the registry trust and they have no records of the CCJ because it was over six years ago.
Now the company, (HFC now HSBC) can still chase me but not send bailiffs, is that right? Only the court can do that?
I'm 90% of the way through the online BR form but I can't list the HFC thing without knowing the details.
Do I make a note on the printed forms, or on a separate piece of paper, or just explain to the OR that I have tried to find it in this way and that it might come up? It sounds to me that it might well be lost but I don't want to do anything to scupper the process!0 -
Hiya Tristesse
A bailiff can only call on you if you don't keep up with a payment agreement you have made through the court.
Hope this helps.0 -
Yikes, I had better mention it to the OR and write it clearly on the form then!
Thanks

Put down all the people that you owe money to, and
if you are not sure of the amount you owe, the OR will find out.
But as Charlie has said bailiffs are only called in

 I haven't kept up with them, lost the paying in book and left it to them to find me from the electoral roll then HFC got taken over.
It was a long time ago but I had better go and shut all the windows and finish this petition!0
