OR just phoned and asked how much is going into my co op account i told him £295 he then saids he he happy with that amount coming out of my account does that mean i cant pay more in and take more out

OR will write letter to bank stating we understand there is £295 in the bank account, please release the funds. BUT, there is also a sentance along the lines of if the balance is varied by more than x amount (£200 a think), the bank has to hold the funds and let the OR know.0

Going to ring today and clarify and will let you know answer. The balance was /is £0 on date of bankruptcy i ger a small pension on £295 going to be paid in end of month0
