Sorry to be devil's advocate, but what about the PWC, who had cash in hand for years so as not to threaten benefit claims, NRP who paid so, (blackmailed with access of course), then PWC approached CSA after demanding more and more, denied all access to NRP, lied to CSA, then went on to accuse NRP of 'Income inconsistent with declared earnings' as NRP had scraped enough to get mortgage and PWC in council accomodation? The NRP now has Injunction due to despicable harrassment from PWC, despite fact NRP has fought for years in Court for access to children, and apparently they have been forever at 'other children's parties' on access day or 'tummy hurts'. It is so sad for any child or parent to be without contact due to lack of adults to be able to resolve either emotional or financial issues.

Please do not tarr all NRP with same brush, as not all PWC honest and don't see NRP as 'meal ticket'. Believe me I am a PWC, but also NRPP and see both sides of coin. In my experience my ex the NRP is ok has given me grief, but pays CSA now, with arm up back - , but my partners ex the PWC, is horrendous and the most bitter/malicious money grabber I have in the past 16 years(yes we've been together 16 years) ever met, and I am not a nasty person - all deserve a 2nd chance but some just run out of chances. There is nothing my partner would love more than to see his children, but I know hell will freeze over 1st until the ex no longer has control, we just pray they will look for NRP then

Sorry Zara, must have just caught a raw nerve, just seems lot of people assume NRP don't want to have access or pay monies for their children, my husband the NRP would give his right arm to see children, and has always paid, but we are still being punished due to incorrect assessment in place at present(CSA admit this), yet we have to go to Tribunal to prove our innocence despite submitting our evidence and CSA agree! Oh sorry but after LO, CCJ and applictaion for charge on property!

We just wonder what the PWC will come up with next, but as said just hope and pray that the children have not been brainwashed and if they have that common sense will prevail as they get older - we would have loved to ease childcare and help out, take them on holiday etc, and also introduce them to their half-siblings, but it was never allowed and the eldest will be 19 soon, so precious years have gone, but hopefully we can recoup some in the future, it's just so sad children suffer as some adults cannot be less selfish and see beneits of having 2 parents to love the children
