NRP's are employers of PWC basically
nrp's pay for the upkeep and care of there children,

nrp's pay for there employee to contribute toward

gas
electric
food
trips
toys
clothing
and care of

after all if someone is in reciept of money for care for another in effect that person in reciept of money is an employee of an employer

carry on

PWCs are really ripped off then - not only do they contribute towards all of the above regarding the upkeep of their children but also spend most of the time doing it too.

    Where's the pedigree chum???

My goodness, I've read some sh*t you've posted in my short time on this forum and couldn't be @rsed to get involved, but may I please ask, whom is your employer? I take a guess that I contribute towards your gas, electric, food, trips, toys, clothing much like any other taxpayer and I don't even know you !!!

Go get yourself a job
