Nice printers, but the refills are very expensive

Yes the replacement cartridges are as expenive as buying a new printer every time..not very green, and I have never seen them at discount places. Check out 7dayshop.com for cartridges before buying a printer so you know the models to go for..you can often get them for £1.00 each..I bought a stock for my epsom and got rid of the Lexmark!

If it`s the Z735 the replacement catridges are £14-99 in Dixons who also sell it at £24-99.
You can get generic cartridges online for about £11, also this printer only takes one cartridge.

Wilkinsons are selling the Lexmark Z671 (I think that was the model) for £25.

They also sell the OEM cartidges for that printer for £13 each (both black & colour) which appeared cheaper than most other OEM ink cartridges they sell.

Rubbish cartridge prices when you compare them with Epson, Canon, etc.

The Epson cartridges were £22.99 & £27.99 I believe. I didn't see any Canon ones.

HP ones were about £17 for black and £22 for colour (19ml) and about £13 for black and £15 for colour (10ml). No 56, 57 and 27, 28
