I agree banks are waking up to the fact if your bankrupt ,, you have no debts and potentially a good customer not many bankruptees are going to get back on the slippery slope of debt.0

Its interesting to to note though that not many of the big banks that got alot into a mess in the first place. Of course thanks to this Government they are able to think they are too important to help out even though they have had to have help from us the tax payers.:cheesy: K2nga :cheesy:

Applied for my YBS saver this morning and have been accepted which is excellent. After my troubles with Abbey this is great news as once i get my compensation from Abbey i will close the account. You guys who have a Abbey e saver just hope that nothing ever goes wrong as there customer service and even complaints department are hopeless.

Once you are bankrupt you don't have to tell the OR if you open a bank account.
