Can Agreement Be Reached Before tribunal?

Still waiting for data protection files, which I think is now around 80 days, but my lawyer has sent letters back and forth regarding my case. I suspect the penalty assessment will be reduced, as they now have all financial records in front of them dating back to 1999.
Is it likely they will come back with a reduced offer or stick with the penalty assessment they seeked liability order for?

This is just my experience as we are on the Tribunal road, but it seems once you are on it then the CSA are very reluctant to step off of it.
Now that we have received a copy of the submissions from the CSA sent to the Tribunal, it seems information given to the CSA by my ex is very different from the information that my caseworker claimed was given to the CSA by my ex.
The CSA lying? who'd have thunk
Yet when I rang up and asked what the position would be in the light of this new information I was basically told their hands were tied and I should continue with the Tribunal.
You could always ring and ask - if you do would you update us as I'm always interested in the many variations of the truth as presented by the CSA.

If you have supplied all of the information required to make formal assessments then your penalty assessment will be "converted" and your accounts recalculated at the rate of your new assessments.0
