just got all the forms i nee d to fill in..there are so many!
it says once i have filled them out to bring them to the high court on The Strand in the west end of london. i live in noorth london..i was under the impression that you can go to your local county court with the papers. maybe im wrong?
also, it says i should make alternative arrangemtns for my direct debits etc..so can i open up a co-op account now and start using it? does it get frozen along with my existing account?

just got all the forms i nee d to fill in..there are so many! Hmm they are pretty in depth! (some courts will ask for 3 copies as well!!)
it says once i have filled them out to bring them to the high court on The Strand in the west end of london. i live in noorth london..i was under the impression that you can go to your local county court with the papers. maybe im wrong? All depends on the area you live in....you may be in the high courts "catchment" area...and your local courts may not offer a BR service
also, it says i should make alternative arrangemtns for my direct debits etc..so can i open up a co-op account now and start using it? you can...BUT make sure you only have enough cash in to cover your day to day living expenses.. does it get frozen along with my existing account? Most OR's (apart from brighton) wont be interested in a basic account such as the co-op one, you'll still have to list the account on the forms....its the banks at the end of the day that freeze accs NOT the OR's...if by chance the co-op acc is frozen the OR can contact on your behalf & easily sort
anything else puzzling you just post away & we'll do our best to help
(a good site here if you get stuck filling in your forms)
