This company doesnt even have a licence (since June last year) They take your money and you will have difficulty getting it back. Their Director Keith Wilmot Chorlton is BANNED from being a director!!! If you have been stung like me here is a freephone number that works 0800 141 141. Check out yes loans on facebook for more of the same and good luck to anyone trying to get their money back. You might not get to see the boss, according to the latest set of accounts mr chorlton has just picked up a £5.1 million pound dividend from his shares in the company (he owns 100%) he'll probably be in the Bahamas or somewhere.

It's amazing they make so much money, i once rang one of these companies a while back and the second they asked for an upfront £50 fee alarm bells went off.

You don't pay your milkman before he delivers the milk, so don't pay the loan broker before he delivers the loan.

Absolutely no point in phoning them. See This is Money website on that. My boyfriend got stung by them and we've just sent them a Letter Before Action quoting their terms and conditions in which they say they will refund the fee if they haven't found a loan in 3 months. They do say 'in writing' as well. We shall see! I reckon they really on the majority of people being too apathetic to go after them.
