Having used a free 2 month trail for my Mother I went to the site to cancel membership and was asked why i was cancelling.

The option I chose was 'not using enough to justify the cost'. Then hit 'confirm cancel account'.

Then I got a window offering 3 DVD's a month for £9.98 to make me stay

They usually do this, but normally only for 3 months or so.

Make sure you know if its forever or just time-limited so you dont get a nasty shock! (but then again you could always just cancel for good)

Didn't know you could cancel online still, I called last week to cancel mines as it said you had to call.... Anyway, she offered me pay for 1 month, get 2 months free, so 3 months for £13 I think it was, but I still cancelled, so she said call the number if I want to return and will get the offer - unless any better offers come out via email of course.
