How do i make.......

Can somebody point me in the direction of how to make yorkshire puddings and stuffing balls

I seem to be great at the yorkshire puddings (not much else mind you!)
75g of plain flour
1 egg
75ml milk
50ml water
salt and pepper
Put all of the above in a jug / bowl and wisk. leave until needed
put oil into muffin tin and heat in oven. carefully remove from oven and pour mixture into the muffin tin(i usually get 6 good size yorkshires). Put straight back into the oven and cook for 30 min at 200. No peaking as they will sink!
