settee strengthener thingies

Does anybody know where I can buy those strengthener things that you put under your settee/armchair cushion seats when they start to go saggy, to give a bit more support? I don't know what they're called, but its like a long plastic board that you put between the cushion & the seat,IYKWIM

We used one of these and got another few years out of our sofa - the ones from Betterware/Kleeneze aren't very good, they are covered in plastic to make them look like wood but aren't very robust. We found one that was pieces of wood inside cloth (not sure where from tho). The plywood will work I think. We also laid an old duvet across the boards under the cushions, it was a bit of a shock to sit down before we added that - it made the sofa nice n squishy.
