Got WEM this morning, won 1 pair of tickets :j

I entered a few times on mine, OH, and DD's emails, won 1 set on mine, but OH and DD are on hotmail, i think someone said theres problems getting emails on hotmail, has anyone that has had a winning email this morning got it from hotmail?

I phoned up ticketmaster today, was put on hold for 20minutes but eventually got through, they told me that i have definatly got my booking but ticketfast (the people who supply the tickets to print off) havnt done anything about my tickets and they dont know why, so im getting a call tomorrow to find out whats happeneing, will pass on any information to you that im told about it as you having the same trouble.
