Hi,
I trust this is the palce to have a good rant about the service I have had recently from a Mortgage Adviser.
The mortgage adviser concerned is:
Ray Skipper @ Direct Mortgage Solutions in Downham Market in Norfolk. (the owner of this so called 'mortgage 'solutions'
I applied for a first mortgage (back in May) with this guy who informed me Northern Rock would be my best chance.
So I applied with them and he told me it have been accepted in 'principle', which I thought was great news! However, after numerous phone calls chasing Ray, he didnt answer his phone, so I called NR myself, who informed me that the application was unsucessful!!
Disgrunted, I gave up.
However, last week after seeing a new property I like, went to see him. Who told me not to worry he would sort it and could apply for NR again as my circumstances had changed. After chasing him yesterday I told him that if he didnt call me by the morning (today) I would find another mortgae adviser. He didnt call me.
Anyway, I have contacted a new mortgage adviser and all is fine now
I have a new 'real' mortgage approved with IF.com.
Just a word of warning..and a little rant! ;D
