Hi
hopefully I have posted in the right place....anyway....I started a two week free trial with Blockbuster dvd rentals on the 7/3/2006....I then cancelled on 14/3/2006......however since the 14/3/2006 until now it says that my cancellation is in progress....I am a little concerned that they are playing a crafty one and will exceed the two week trial so that I am charged! Any thoughts/experiences???
Thanks

Cancel your d/d with them if you have one.
Email them a.s.a.p giving your dates. I did this with Tesco who tried delaying the cancellation process in the hope (i think) to charge me. Luckily they didn't. Stick to your guns, advise them of your concerns that the cancellation is still pending and ask for reassurance that, as you have complied with t&c, they will not charge you.
It all should be fine - Blockbusters, in my experience, are generally good on the customer service front.
Hope that's of some help
p.s. 2 week trial - you should have used the code to sign up for the free 2 month trial (it's in the bargains forum on this site!!!)
