Does anyone know where I can get hold of Durgol (decalcifier for coffee machines). Have looked on-line but all American sites and I need to purchase from UK.

Don't know of Durgol but Sainsburys do a coffee machine decalcifier. Easy to use and fairly cheap. Can't remember the brand name but it is about the only one in a bottle.
