Can anyone tell me if its ok to freeze cottage cheese .... or will it go too runny? I have two cartons in the fridge and don't want it to go to waste. Dee

My guess is cottage cheese is pretty runny anyway so it probably wouldn't make too much difference to the texture. What have you got to lose if you freeze it and it doesn't work? Presumably you would have chucked it out anyway. It doesn't matter if you are a glass half full or half empty sort of person. Keep it topped up! Cheers!0

Thanks for the link zippychick....like the idea of blitzing it and freezing for use in pasta sauce. As we are going away, I don't have time to bake a cheesecake, which is another lovely option.0
