    Already done that the comparables they used were in near by streets but they used 3 beds to compare against, even a 4 bed in the street they were comparing against is smaller than mine and up for sale at 45k more than they state mine is worth.

    Its incredible, they tell me my house is worth 130 then tell me a two bed on the corner (up for sale with the people who valued my house) for 145. A 4 bed in a street the used is up for 175k.

    I know they are not sold prices but if estate agents put a house up for sale at 175 why would they do this if they know that someone cannot get a mortgage for that amount as the house is not worth it, they would make no sales at all.
