    God thats odd. Have you rang them? Think you would need to as they only give 21 days to claim the tickets. Iv had a bit of a hunt on google for a number but can only find one in the usa which would not be good to ring.

    Thanks for your help :j. Luckily an MSE'r who'd been in a similar position to me gave me a contact number for trident, so I gave them a wee ring today and eventually got my confirmation and tickets are now booked :T

    Apparently Trident are having problems sending and receiving emails from hotmail accounts and that's why I hadn't heard and why they hadn't replied to my emails :(
