NRP pays CSA but CSA don't pass this on to PWC

I recently changed to Collection Service - I requested it over a year ago and have an ongoing complaint (at 'ICE' stage) but that's a long story - I was told that it might take a week or so before I got money as NRP would have to cancel his SO with me and start a new one with CSA. I received the first collection service payment and thought 'brilliant' - I haven't received any payments since (4 missing altogether). I was also told that I would receive arrears, but none of that has been paid either.
NRP advises me that he has been paying CSA regularly therefore I have asked him if he would just let me know what he paid and when - hopefully he will do this tonight.
Once I have that information I can ring CSA tomorrow (I have already written to them but just like irritating the staff and putting them on the spot).
Even with my MP and ICE on their backs they still don't do what they are supposed to do. I'm just glad that I have only approx 12 more months involvement with CSA until my daughter leaves school age 17/18.
If the NRP has paid why don't the CSA pass this on to PWC immediately?

I was told that I pay on a Thursday and it is passed over on the following Monday, it maybe that there are other reasons not known to us regarding your case why you are not recieving part or all of the payments. Saying that over the last few weeks my payments were being refunded back to my account, I just kept re-paying the amount , they seem to be back on track now.0

Ex has a DOE that started in March, his employer, I have been told, have 19 days to pass the money deducted from his wages to the CSA. They did this and it was received on 16 April. I phoned to check they had this on the 20th and was told that there was no record of it on their system. Turns out the payment had gone to the 'old system'. A request was made by the caseworker I spoke to to have it transferred, this takes upto 15 working days! I checked on a weekly basis to ensure that this was progressing and then phoned again on the 15th working day to be told it hadnt been done and now needed to be escalated as an urgent payment - that was the 12 May. I was told they couldn't give a timescale as to how long this would take. It appeared in my bank on the 19th May.
Point is, if I wasn't in weekly contact with the CSA trying to get this sorted I hate to think how long it would have been before my payment was picked up as missing and actioned. It turns out that my April payment did the same but thankfully, the case worker I was speaking to about the earlier missing payment noticed this and escalated it there and then. I have been assured this shouldn't happen to Mays payment but I'm taking no chances and will be phoning next month to check.
I would like to think that they have checked the old system in your case, if not get back on to them and demand they do. I would also demand that they dont take the suggested 15 working days to do something about it either if it has.
Hope you get it sorted soon!0 -

Happened to my husband Frugallass and its so frustrating. He was getting branded as a loser for not supporting his children. Yet payments were being taken from the bank every month as agreed. However our MP sorted it within a couple of days, so there is hope. Hang on in there and if your ex says he is paying it, believe me he will be, its CSA problem.
Good Luck0 -
There are two possibilities:
1: it has got stuck in the system
2: he hasn't actually paid.
If it is the former, then you need to find out exactly what they are doing to unstick it and decide what action to take next. If it is the latter, you need to get them on the case ASAP.0 -
payments have now started to come through within a couple of days now
thanks for your advice0
