I have just bought the Tesco own brand non biological washing tablets this weekend instead of Persil - wish I hadnt bothered as they are no way near as good
so i would not recommend them. Official DFW Nerd Club Member #37 Debt free Feb 07 :cool:0 -

Sainsbury's Basic Bio powder is fine, but I usually add an extra rinse to the cycle as it seems to leave clothes a bit "hard"!"Cheap", "Fast", "Right" -- pick two.0

I have used it and I think its very good. No problems, so thats me saving even more money.0

I use Asda's own non bio, bio and fragrance free softener.
I had to stop using branded powders because my daughter was reacting to all the perfume and was getting weepy rashes in the folds of her skin. I also don't like fragranced stuff as it makes me sneeze. Asda's stuff is fragrance free and is great.
I bought morrisons stuff a while back and the powder was smelly while the fabric softener kept bunging the drawer up.Just run, run and keep on running!0 -
I`ve been using Aldo own brand powder for coloured for a couple of months now, but have had to stop because son and daughter have both said they`re allergic to it, they`re itching.
Its a shame cos i was impressed with it.

Have you considered the natural washing powder. http://www.gogreen.cellande.co.uk/shop/products/soapnuts/soapnuts.htm
Financially a good deal & econmically too. Hope that helps.
