lewis group

hi, just thought i would post this becouse of what i read about another .
i missed a payment... which was to be made to the lewis group via a cj which was made against ME ,i forgot a payment, a card was posted from a chap ie pre balliff visit two in fact, i telephoned him he said they had sent him to collect payment i moaned etc etc he told me to contact lewis group direct i did ,she said you haVE MISSED A PAYMENT AND THEY WANT ALL OR WOULD ACCEPT £100 i spoke to cab who told me i should not have missed and advised to pay the £100,as the company can and will call in balliffs as ive missed a cj payment,the lewis group deducted the money and no charges were added the cab said if a balliff got involved all i paid could end up back on the ammount in charges
SO WHAT WAS IT ALL ABOUT WAS HE A BALLIFF ETC DID I HAVE TO PAY/?WHY DID CAB SAY PAY IF I COULD HAVE GOT OUTOF IT ETC ANY IDEAS OF YOU PEOPLE WOULD BE NICE possitive side i got the debt down by £100 negative side had to reduce payments to others doooooooooo

    Im the person going through this at the moment...

    I contacted the Court Directly and the "Pre Bailiff" chap wouldnt give me a breakdown or a reason for why he was asking for the amount he wanted.nor could he provide a receipt or so he said....the Court were great as were the CCCS....they are a load of chancers....Im copying all the paperwork to the Court for the file. There is no warrant on my claim for Bailiffs to attend and nothing can now be issued because the Court are sending me out an N245? (Think that right) for redused payments to be made....

    GE Capital Store Card = Was 1300.00 Now £0.00
    Credit Union Savings Now £200.00 :T
