3 "Payments are up to one month late" on credit file - mortgage issue?

I have 3 consecutive "Payments are up to one month late" recorded on my credit file from 2004 on one credit card. It's then "Payments are up to date" until I closed the account. Other than that my file is clean: no missed payments/defaults before or since, and I've always (apart from this account) paid my credit card balances off in full every month.
My OH and I would like to look at buying a house this year, is this going to cause problems with mainstream mortgage lenders in the current environment? It's not stopped me getting other credit, e.g. Amex cards, but is that any guide?
My OH's credit record is impeccable.
The history is that I was stoozing and requested the card provider to set up a direct debit for the minimum payment every month. However, the account I'd specified didn't accept direct debits out and because I'd just started an MSc course and was preoccupied with that it took me three months to work out what was going on and then I panicked and paid the card off and closed the account.
We have saved a deposit which is a fraction over 30% of the maximum we want to spend on a house, and want to borrow no more than 2.5x our joint income (excluding my OH's bonus). We're now saving for buying and moving costs so probably won't add much more to the deposit.
I have done a search of the forums to try and find an answer to this question, but do please link to another thread or point me to the answer I missed if it has already been addressed.

With the level of deposit and income multiple you have described, I really don't think you will have any problem.Don't lie, thieve, cheat or steal. The Government do not like the competition.

I'm sorry, I don't apologise. That's just the way I am. Homer (Simpson)0 -
THANK YOU. Am very relieved. We've been psyching ourselves up for buying, and making some sacrifices to save as much as we have, so I would kick myself if we ended up having to pay a high rate because I stupidly didn't twig about the direct debit.
With a lighter heart I will now get back obsessively checking Rightmove/checking interest rates on savings accounts/checking ebay listings!0
