Hi
I have an issue with Currys and my HFC 'easy pay' plan which I have had for some time and was hoping someone can give me an address for Currys which I could write to and request a copy of the original agreement please?
Thanks

Hi ok thanks. What I am trying to do is match up the paperwork of agreement I had with my recipt at the time of purchase (which I still have) to the HFC loan.
I have called HFC to double check the amounts of monthly installments, the amount left to pay (not the 'early settlement figure') and the duration left to pay.
The only info that matches from what I understand is the monthly installments. I have been through the remaining details several times and nothing adds up.
As far as I understand I am paying twice the amount monthly than on the one agreement. The second agreement shows it should have been paid off a year ago!
I am also worried that I am being charged for a product I dont have - but thats another issue!

The paperwork is produced by HFC and sent online to the Currys store for printing, only one copy is kept and archived within the store, only HFC can issue you with copies of the agreement.0
