I'm finally winning the splurge war!

Hello,

I went into town today after a self imposed curfew for the last few months. I had decided that avoidance was the best way to stop me spending. However, I wanted to close an old Halifax savings account & pay a cheque into my new A&L account so ventured in at lunchtime.

But I found that I wasn't tempted into even looking in any of my old haunts. There was a new Cargo Homestore which looked to have some lovely cushions, homewares etc in, but managed to walk right by that too.

All I spent was my hours parking charge.

I think I must be becoming truly converted!
