    hiya all,

    just done mine too,well worth the time,my mum had breast cancer 10 years ago,and she got throught it thank god,but recently she has been diagnosed with lung cancer,so fingers crossed ,shes a fighter,thats why im doin the 5k race for life this year it all goes to cancer research,so wish me luck. i was a 30 a day smoker but as soon as i found out about mum decided to stop, still on 1 at night at the min ,but will defo be giving that up and my sister too.
    so every1 take a few secs and think.

    thankyou soooooooooo much ,im dreading it i havent ran for years ,but my hubby is taking me out and getting me use to it slowly and giving loads of praise,for doing the run and for packing the fags in (all most) .hopefully it will be a beautifull sunny day in torbay.:j

    Good Luck Helen!! I gave up the smokes nearly 4 years ago thank God :) the first few weeks are the worst but then it just becomes part of the course (honest!!)
