I have just come back from havin a contact lense eye check at my optician and took with me print of cheapest lenses I can find (the one I use) and he usually matches the price. Today his price was £4 cheaper for 30 pairs than the cheapest price I could find online. I would normally use secondsightonline.co.uk.

I would never have thought he would be cheaper (maybe this credit crunch is making them bring their prices down)

HI. I use www.daysoftlenses.com. Found them via this website and they have been very reasonable. Haven't shopped around for a few months though. They don't do the brand lenses, but matches them to the brand that you use.

I was a bit concerned at first, but have never had any problems with the lenses and eye sight tests etc. been ok too.

Hi, can anyone tell me what SPH means on my contact lense prescription? It says SPH -5.00 for left eye and SPH -5.25 for right eye. Is this the power cos it does'nt say power anywhere on the prescription.
