Cheap item granted, but had one very similar and personally thought it was useless, very weak, not to mention it only lasted a few weeks! However, the small 21 LED versions (got mine from ebay) in my opinion are 10 times better and is still going strong a year later!!

Looks a bit expensive to run. Needs CR123A lithium batteries @ £1.35 each.

you can get 123As for about 50p each if you bulk buy (I use them for my camera..) or our local pound shop has decent panasonic oens.

Lidl had some torches with a Xenon bulb & 3 LEDs & they were selling for about £3-00
I also got a xenon torch (plastic & cheap looking) but surprisingy better than it looked for .79p from a local gift type shop. They had two or three packs of them. I got 3 torches. The next day they were all gone.

Got a 3 LED torch from Woolworths today - No batteries to worry about, it charges by winding the handle.

The instructions say that a one minute wind will be enough for a 40 minute use. I have tested it and it works fine.

Press the power button once, and one LED lights up. Turn it off and on again, then all three light up.

Best of all, it's half price - now £5.99.

Great for leaving in the glovebox, as other torches would probably be flat when you actually need them!!
