Ive never bought online before with m&s, can you tell me, what happens if you want to return items? can you return them to a store, or do you have to post them back?

You can do either I believe - M&S have great customer service from their online shop in my experience, getting a refund from goods that didn't arrive for me was so straightforward I was in shock for 2 days!!

You can do either Shez. To return to the store, make sure that you take the invoice that comes with the goods and they will refund your money back onto your card. Easy-peasy :)

It says it gives free delivery for orders over £30 - but when you type it in it says free delivery on all orders and I managed to use it successfully on a £5 order.

You can also return clothes you've bought on line to a M & S food only store - just take your invoice and of course the same credit card that you used for your purchase.
    Born to shop;)
