Ive never bought online before with m&s, can you tell me, what happens if you want to return items? can you return them to a store, or do you have to post them back?0

You can do either I believe - M&S have great customer service from their online shop in my experience, getting a refund from goods that didn't arrive for me was so straightforward I was in shock for 2 days!!0

It says it gives free delivery for orders over £30 - but when you type it in it says free delivery on all orders and I managed to use it successfully on a £5 order.0 -

You can also return clothes you've bought on line to a M & S food only store - just take your invoice and of course the same credit card that you used for your purchase.Born to shop;)0
