Me and my wife are remortgaging and come £1000 over the threshold to the maximum mortgage to income ratio of 3.75 times our combined wages, which seems to be offered by most banks and building societies.
I realise there has been a tightening of belts regarding this but I wondered if anyone knew of a bank or building society who is offering 4 times your combinded income?
