Logitech Competition Terms and Conditions.
This prize draw is open to UK residents, excluding employees of Napster and Logitech. There is no age limit on entering the prize draw, however entrants under the age of 18 must obtain the permission of their parent or guardian in order to participate in the prize draw and may only accept the prize if they do so jointly with their parent or guardian. The prize is 1x Squeezebox Duet and 2x Squeezebox Boom players. The prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. Napster reserves the right to provide a substitute prize of similar value in the event that the specified prize or any part of the specified prize becomes unavailable. No purchase is necessary for entry, you can also enter the prize draw by sending your full name, address, date of birth, email address and phone number to SqueezeboxCompetition, Napster, 57-61 Mortimer Street, London, W1W 8HS to be received no later than 31st August 2009. Napster do not accept responsibility for entries lost, damaged or delayed in the post. Napster will select the winner at random from all valid entries and notify the winner by email by 31st September 2009. By entering the prize draw, you will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions. By entering the prize draw, entrants agree that Napster will use data supplied by the individual for the purposes relating to the prize draw and the provision of the prize. Only one entry per person is permitted. Third party entries, bulk entries or entries submitted by agents will not be accepted.
