Debt write-off cases NOT suspended

I have heard that there was a conference at Chester county court today to discuss the unenforceable credit agreement cases. Apparently over 50 cases were looked at but it was agreed that the legislation (established at house of lords level) and case law since provides more than adequate guidance for the majority of cases. Only 3 or 4 from 50+ cases were selected to go to London court so that some minor points around the legislation could be clarified – the rest will go ahead.
Apparently the judge was not overly impressed with the inaccurate reporting that has been going on.
Banks represented at the Court included HSBC,MBNA,Barclays,NatWest,RBS and Lloyds.

Anyone else heard anything else about this?

will have to wait and see what else comes out but I suspect it won't get any where near as much coverage as the original reports.

This may explain why LTSB have just offered us a 50% discount, not taking it as read, i know you where not sure fermi, and niether am i, but this makes you wonder if im onto something doesnt it?
