CSA help please

Hi
I would really appreciate some advice on what to do next. I have been waiting about a year so far for the csa to sort out maintenance payments, which doesn't appear that long, but the case has been ongoing for 8 years now, running smoothly until they chose to remove the DEO . No idea why, but seem to have a different case worker every five minutes! At the minute the arrears are nearing the £5000 mark, but at the moment the same thing happens every month. Payment not received, I get told NRP has been written to, but then the same thing happens next month and arrears keep building. I find it so frustrating!! This is supposed to be money for our children, but am getting nowhere fast. Does anyone have any advice on what I should do next please?

Hi when you ring up ask for the complaints team if they say you need to write in tell them that on the internet it says you can phone in ( it is worth while filling in a complaint form on the net aswell) i got exactly the same thing no one in or your case is stuck some where but funnily enough as soon as you insist on speaking to the complaints resolution team they manage to find someone. The other thing is to involve you local MP and write to the chief exec S Garaghty this starts to get thing moving

Has the DEO stopped because the NRP is no longer with the employer it was being taken through?

If it has, maybe they need to get new employer info from him - and he's not complying?

If not - have they said why the DEO stopped?

Not sure why DEO stopped, when I ask they say that they don't know as they aren't my caseworker! From your reply though, it was probably as he had a change of employer.

They tell me he's not complying, all I get told is he isn't replying to their letters or calls so all they can do is write to him again.
