In my local store, apparently started 2 days ago and they are getting rid of all PS games 50% off as they will no longer be selling them in store.
Unfortunately I'm too late and most of the good bargains have gone - but might be worth checking out. There were lots of games £39.00 with 50% off marked price. They had some box set videos, DVD's and single Videos half price too.
