Switching to an interest only mortgage with scottish widows

Hi i'd like to switch my mortgage to an interest only and i rang scottish widows to talk to them about it and they said i had to write a letter the questions is....

What do i write? and who do i send it to within scottish widows?

Phone them back and ask for an address so as you know it is going to the correct department. Write the truthful reasons for why you want to go interest only and keep it simple.
