Where can I find cheap digital photoframes, 7" or bigger

It's my boyf's 30th birthday coming up and the venue I was originally going to book had a large tv screen where I was going to have a dvd running in the background of photos of him growing up.
Now the venue that I've decided to go with doesn't have a tv but, having got his family to go through all his old photos I would hate for their efforts to go to waste!

I thought perhaps I could buy a couple of digital frame and use these instead.

Can anyone tell me where I could find 2 (matching) frames 7" or bigger for around £10 each?
