Key information on loan

Hi this is my 1st ever post and desperately hoping someone can help me!

I've been silly in the past with finances and I am currently trying to clear my debt. One of my loans is causing me loads of trouble though! Car loan. I was crazy and signed up to finance of 27.35% APR over 48 months for £4474.25 Total payable £7177.87!

  • It was sold to me on the basis I could clear it ater 1 year. 1 year later. My query is with the key information on my hire purchase agreement. It gives an indication of amount payable after 1/4 term of £3415.43. Just requested a settlement figure it is for £4306.69! almost £1000 more than the key information indication and only just over £100 less than original loan.

    Does this sound right?

    Thanks in advance.
