my sister has just been invited, she will be e-mailed tomorrow the sale list and they are ringing here back on friday for her order.

The sale before last I wrote and complained that I had not recieved an invite so they apologised with £15 of vouchers and I got an invite to the last sale.
Just rang up to ask where it was this time, no doing! Even when I pointed out to them that it was costing them £15 each time and surely it would be better to encourage me to spend my money with them....

No wonder they're really struggling to make money.

I have just called the Next online customer service desk and they said there has been a misprint on the website and that the sale listings will be available from between 9.00 - 10.00 am tomorrow.

There never is ! There will be less in store. I have seen what is going in the sale in the store I work in and its not much at all. All the stuff no one has been buying !
