I was told today that the 1p items were only available between 9 and 10am each of the 3 days, are restricted to 5 per customer and only available while stocks last so suspect there will be only so many customers handed out a ticket per day and can choose 5 items but no guarantee you will get what you want. Maybe 300 comes from the total number of items available divided by the number of stores divided between the 3 days. All right if you live near a M&S and do not work. Can see the lot going to the usual group who camp by the sale rail ready to grab everything irrespective of size.

not sure how many stores are running this bazaar but it is the first 300 customers through the door when it opens will get a voucher to buy 5 diferent items for 1p each

Our local store has said the offer will be restricted to the first 150 customers through the door, as assuming they all buy 5 items each, all the 1p stock will be sold out after that. I'm guessing that means it'll all be gone in the first 10 mins or so then

Turned up on the offchance and ours was doing it. Apparently they didnt let staff put the items out until the morning itself.

Funny you should say that twig. I noticed the queue was full of the usual types who just grab anything that is called a bargain. They didnt want the items and didnt even know what was being sold.I suspect some of this stuff will end up in local ethnic run garbage shops..
