Grass roots payments

It says that grass roots pays on the 1 and the 15th of each month

however when i look on the main screen today -19/5 it says payment pending

anyone else been payed yet for the 15th ?

It also depends when in the month you did your assignment(s).
I am unsure of the cut off dates, but if you did it after the payments were sent, you will get paid the next date

i did my assignment on the 9th of may and the cut off is the 15th when they process the payments

Unfortunately, in this country payments don't appear in the recipient's account on the same day they are processed by the sender. It is likely that your funds will be cleared tomorrow or Thursday, if the payment was sent on Friday 15th.

I have 3 payments due from them too. I did my jobs on 20 april and 1st and 2 may. My payments too say pending. Jobs I have done before say paid by bacs on whatever date and I know to expect a cple of days later. When I emailed them before to enquire about payment they said they are processed on the 1st and 15th WORKING day of every month. Due to the bank hol on the 4th, the 15th working day this month is the 22nd so we should hopefully receive it by the 28th accounting for mons bank hol. HTH.

Why do they have to make it confusing

why not just state on the 1st and 15th of the month and if those days fall on a weekend or bankholiday then the next working day

I did a job for them on the 13th May and am due to do one tomorrow when will i get paid? Is there a way on there i can find out about my payments on there?

They process their payments on the 1st and 15th working day of every month. The 15th working day for this month is tomorrow as we had early bank hol so allowing for mondays bank hol, money should be in bank on wednesday, The job you are doing for them tomorrow should ideally be paid round 5th June but I suppose it depends when they hand info back to client as I am still awaiting payment for mine that I did on 24th April. Unsure why that missed the 1st working day cut off. HTH.

Grass Roots tend to pay whenever I find. They say 1st/15th but the BACS payment (date) always say random things like- 18th/19th etc, then it goes into my bank 2/3 working days after that. I think they do them on or around 1st/15th but it can be a good week or so after that, plus transfer time of 2/3 days.

just checked the site and it now says payment processed so i guuess it will go into the bank next week - its onoly £10 but every penny counts
