PC World PC Plan

I bought a Laptop on finance just over a year ago from PC World, when i bought it I was offered PC Plan for if anything went wrong. I declined it as i didnt think I would need it. A couple of months later I saw a payment of £9.99 a month going out but thought this was part of the finance deal. I eventually found out that it wasnt for this and was actually for the PC Plan. After trying to reclaim it they said its my fault and said If i want to I need to go into my bank and get them to ask for a direct debit mandate form to see whether I signed or not.

However after looking at my receipt the Person who served me has actually put PC Plan down as Managers Discression. He wasnt even the manager. Surely this is proof enough as to their mistake. Any advice on what to do would be greatly appreciated.

Thankyou
