People keep talking about getting a fixed rate as though the rates are likely to rapidly shoot up...
Is the general concensus that when the rate does do back up it will do so rapidly or will we have time to consider our next moves?
I dont see the point in getting a 5% fixed rate when mine is currently 1% and could remain so for the remainder of the year if not longer.
