Update - the machine is great so far, it is much lighter than i thought it to be and more compact than the mini one i had which had the blender and mixing bowl side be side as the blender bit fits onto the one drive which holds the mixer so really good for space and its really quite quiet even when on high speed. So far ive used the shredding disc, dough tool and the chopper blade and so far so good, i made my carrot cake in it and also made the satay from the recipe book (too much coconut milk) also while i was putting baby to bed hubby sneaked in and made some lovely biscuits which are all done now. Theres something nice about smelling home baking and pride in making something from scratch, especially when kids asking can we buy cakes and telling them no we will make them.

But im skint now as we went out and bought loads of baking dishes and ingredients and plan on making more stuff today and maybe some soup as i noticed in the book that it does leeks too which is great as my other one just mangled them.
The more i save the more i can spend:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

I recently bought this. Unfortunately it doesn't come with Centrifugal Juicer attachement, which is needed for juice, other than citrus. I would like to get one, if available for this model. Any ideas? amazon has the same model for £79.99 and that seems to have this attachment and more! The cleaning of the bowl is easy.

    Thanks

Amazon have made a blunder on their site - although the model mumber is the FP905, the product details are actually for the newer version - the FP920, which they are actually selling for £149.99 . They have stopped selling the FP905 as it has been discontinued now, hence the reduction in price at LXDirect.

Flipping eck! I ordered this food mixer about 2 weeks ago from Amazon, it had a 3-5 working day delievery estimate but when I checked after a week (wondering where it was) it had changed to delivery date 7th April.. have just gone onto the site to track my order again and when I press the link to the ordered item it shows that it's £144.94  although it does say on my pricing page that I'm paying £89.99. Who's betting I won't ever receive this?!
